Come see us at GITEX Europe 2026
The 247connect team will be at GITEX Europe in Berlin at the end of the month, joining thousands of IT and technology professionals from around the world. More flexibility for your remote support
This month, we've introduced separate licensing for managed devices and on-demand devices, giving organisations greater flexibility to build a remote support solution that fits their needs and budget.
Managed device licences: Simply install the 247connect Managed Agent onto your chosen devices to enable secure remote support and management. This includes both attended and unattended devices such as office PCs, laptops, servers, kiosks, robots, shared devices and other business-critical systems. Once enabled, IT teams can instantly connect to supported devices from anywhere without needing someone at the device to start the session.
On-demand device licences: Ideal for ad-hoc support, users can simply run the agent, enter a session code and approve the connection, allowing technicians to provide fast, secure assistance without installing permanent software.
Many organisations use both options together, combining always-on remote access with instant end-user support for complete flexibility.

Using your macOS Control, IT teams can remotely connect and support macOS and other devices from anywhere, helping resolve issues faster.
