Recent updates to our remote desktop software include new integrations with Salesforce, HaloITSM and ServiceNow, enhanced Android remote control, macOS and iOS support, improved audit logs and additional tools for managing remote devices and users. Web Portal 1.20.0 - 04/08/26
What's new?
- You can now set a custom date range when filtering the audit log.
- Added a Salesforce integration, allowing users to create 247connect on-demand sessions from Salesforce cases.
- To improve usability, managed devices are now displayed in the main view only and no longer in the side menu.

- Fixed an issue where updating a user’s phone number inserted an incorrect audit log entry.
- Fixed a layout issue on the Device group settings page.
- Clicking Refresh on the Unassigned page now updates the side menu badge number.
- Fixed an issue where the Unassigned side menu counter and the Unassigned page were out of sync if a new device joined the account.
- Fixed an issue where columns were not sorting correctly on the Device group pages.
- Resolved an issue where the right-click menu on the Device details page was not aligned with the selected device.
- Resolved an issue with the account confirmation email being misaligned.
- Fixed an issue where authentication method icons were misaligned on the Profile page.
- Audit log entries for the privacy policy now display the correct version in the New value field.

What's new?
- You can now choose the inactivity disconnect time for Controls when viewing devices.
- Added integration with HaloITSM. Users can now launch 247connect on-demand sessions from within HaloITSM.
- Account Global Administrators will now receive an email when a new Terms of Service is added.
- Account Global Administrators will now receive an email when a new Privacy Policy is added.
- Redesigned the Settings page with a tree-structured menu.
- Updated the backend underlying technologies to improve performance, security and scalability.
- Removed the real-time Unassigned device counter to improve performance when adding large numbers of devices to the Web Portal. A Refresh button has been added to manually update the counter, which also updates when the page is refreshed.
What's fixed?
- Resolved an issue where a user could not have the Global Administrator role removed if other remaining administrators were assigned the role via a user group.
- Fixed an issue where the assignments of on-demand licences to users were not showing in the Audit log.
- Items missing from the History tabs have now been added, including Refresh, column settings and export.
- Addressed the inconsistent use of hyphens in the Audit log for on-demand licence changes.
- Resolved an error when selecting the User role assignments tab.
- Fixed an issue where a deleted user was not removed from any user groups to which they belonged.
- Corrected the misspelling of Favourites in the side menu when the Web Portal was set to UK English.

What's new?
- Added the ability to remote control the Android Agent using the built-in accessibility permissions of the operating system.
- Added feedback to the Android Agent when connecting to an account that no longer exists.
- Removed references to 'operator' and replaced with 'user'.
- Updated the Android Agent to support the latest Android SDK and Adaptive UI.
What's fixed?
- Fixed an issue where the first file transferred to the Android Agent was not showing in then user interface.
- Resolved an issue where incorrect notifications remained visible after the Agent had been connected to.
- Fixed an issue where, when using the macOS Control to Android Agents, the View window opened in a small size. It now fits the screen.

- Search results will now display if Managed devices are available or unavailable.
